SADO: And we are here.

Chris:  It makes my heart happy to speak with you again 

SADO:  Time, as you know it, has gone by. We have been watching the activities of our sisters and we can see the different ventures into the Spirit communication and commitment to the ONE. We will not leave you but it seems like the gift was not one that continued to give. 

The confusions within the group were necessary to be able to have you go into a different direction. The transcription of the information is a priority that SADO would like for this group to undertake. There is much new information we would like to propose to this group. It needs to have the foundation of the information that SADO has already given this group. We understand that everyone is, as you would say, busy. We have made a commitment to you and will honor that commitment. Will you do the same? 

We come to you with unconditional love. It does not change our love if the commitment changes. We will continue to love you, to support, to teach you. Adding new information may not be quite as fluid if you do not have the foundation that has been supplied to you. We are very happy to be verbally back with you. 

We understand the challenges that you have in your life. We understand the challenges that you have personally and professionally, making your plans for the future and dealing with the day to day. Wearing the earth suit is difficult. It is tiring and it is trying. We understand that as some of us have been in that position. We are building the bridge between those who have the wearing of the earth suits and those of us who no longer have that and to those who have never experienced that. 

The bridge is a good place for us to meet. We can share the information about what is going on with you and our Spirit wants to help you. This sharing can be done on the bridge. 

You are wise to present the information to those with a broken heart. You are wise to do this in a verbal way as well as in a written form. You called to SADO to bring this information to those with a broken heart. We are happy when we see you are bringing this information to what you would consider the public. We wish to see more of this done. Do you have plans to do more of this? We see what you are currently planning. We are asking about more of this information to be shared. 

Edwina: Do you mean are we planning beyond the two conferences we are planning to attend?

SADO: We are well aware of the conferences that you are attending. We are asking about your future planning for this SADO information.

Edwina: We seem to have been consumed, so far with just planning these conferences. I don’t think we’ve thought a great deal about beyond them yet. 

SADO:   We wish that you would consider the information that you have and the ability that it has to shape the grieving heart.

Lynn: Chris has something going on really soon, right Chris? 

Chris: Do you mean my course? 

Lynn: I mean you are doing another conference and the course. 

Chris: Yes, I’m going but not going to be participating or presenting but I am going to the HPH conference, just attending. 

Lynn: But you’re going to share SADO information while you’re there? 

Chris: Yes, I was going to say, that would be a way of introducing SADO and that is what I planned to talk to whoever would listen.  There will be many who would be willing to listen. 

At this point SADO we’re putting your words in my newsletter. Is that somewhere where I can emphasize, not throwing flowers at me but it’s a place that exists right now that others might see? Is that a way that I can draw attention to the help that is available through you?  

SADO: It is a way for the information to be exposed to the broken hearted. The other ways you have yet to discover although we have heard in your conversations that you are willing to do and to experiment with other ways of bringing the information to the grieving hearts. You are aware of your own society and how it chooses to communicate. Utilizing the communication that is preferred by those who are wearing the earth suits is important. This we leave to you. 

Chris: Thank you. I understand that we, in our society now, are so focused on computers and the Internet that this is possibly a way to expand and I am not sure if that is what you were thinking about but that is what came to my mind as you were talking. 

SADO: And we leave those decisions to this group. Our commitment to you is to provide the information. The commitment from you is to utilize the information for the broken hearted. As this one would say, it is the mission statement. There are many in your society who do this kind of channeling work but our Spirit information needs to be forwarded to those who would be most helped by it.  Follow the lead of those who send out the information and be innovative past their lead.

Chris: I feel like I’m in a guessing game. I understand you are giving us, through our commitment, our choice in what we do and we have to discover what it is, I just got a picture of doing a session at a conference and because other’s demonstrate that kind of channeling, I’m putting it out there to the group, because I am not asking SADO for your permission I’m not asking if that is what you meant because you were saying it is our choice. That’s just what I saw when you said that so thank you for the idea. 

SADO: Our commitment is to you. It is enough. 

Chris: Thank you SADO. 

  BRIDGE BETWEEN TWO WORLDS (04/19/18)

 SADO: And we are here and we appreciate your time and efforts on our behalf.  It is important to us that you know that we understand the circumstances of technology and the confusion that comes about. Ha ha  ha. This is the way of your society and we appreciate the ability to communicate with more of those with the broken hearts. As we have mentioned in the past, this is a way of the world in which you live. And this one is joining us now. It is important for us to let you know when this one is in the midst of this information. Our communication can be stronger with the energy of all. As this one provides us with questions, we are able to respond to you all. When it appears that we are not following your conversation or asking your particular question, it is because this one is asking questions which we will respond to first. It is a happy moment when we are gathered together and the energies are complete. 

We wish to go back to the information that we were giving you the last time we were talking together. We were contacting you concerning the bridge, the bridge that is between our worlds. This bridge provides for you a way of connecting with spirit of all kinds. The bridge, it is arched as you’d say, for a reason. The arch in the bridge brings you to an eye level where you can look down at all the information that flows under the bridge. This information is “under” the information from Spirit. It is the information that you are, as this one would say, working with every day. The information that you gain for being at the arch of the bridge is the information from Spirit (as in the Spiritual Realms). It is different from the information that runs under the bridge; not necessarily more important because the information that is under the bridge is information that you need to be able to live within the bodies that you have chosen. You’re reaching eye level when you go to the top of the arch, ah; this one is correlating with the arch in your St. Louis. The world looks different from the top of that arch. The same as the world looks different at the top of the arch of the bridge of knowledge. We work to bring the bridge of knowledge to you, our sisters in Spirit, the knowledge we wish to bring to the broken hearted. Please remember that the broken hearted are all those who feel separate from the ONE. We wish to facilitate the healing; we wish to help our sisters and brothers in that way. 

You talk about and see the veil as something real but the veil does not existent. There is no veil. You are all One.  This is being sent to you our sister, Christine, for your paper. 

Chris: I’m sorry I did not understand that SADO.

SADO: This information is being given to you for the paper. 

Chris: Oh, Ok, the newsletter, OK. Thank you.  

SADO: It is a way to reach out. We work with your guides as well because you know we are all One. When we say we are all One we mean we are all OF THE ONE. We have not forgotten that. It is your work to do to understand that you are One as well. 

We appreciate this technology. (Zoom meeting)  We brought this technology to your world. It provides more, what you would say, evidential information and yes, we could talk about all those who are in our plane of existence. That information is heartwarming, that information is not educative. It does provide a level of comfort and a level of knowledge regarding the facts of the matter, as this one would say, that provide the hope for those who continue to be in body will meet with those who have decided to shed the body.   This is not the main purpose of SADO although SADO has the ability to do this work; we find this work to be below the bridge. When you called to us we understood that the information that you were acquiring would be above the bridge.  This is not true? 

Chris: This just makes sense, thank you SADO. Yes, we understand that you are not here to provide messages from our children. It was the knowledge that you promised that was your commitment to us.  So, thank you, thank you for reiterating that for us.

SADO: That is correct. It is not that SADO cannot do these things; it is that it is not the purpose of SADO.   Not because SADO cannot but it is not the purpose of SADO. We would like to share the information with you that you would find to be most helpful and most of all, enlightening. We are very happy to see that you are going back to the information that has already been gathered by this group and given by SADO. We appreciate the time, the effort to do as you say, transcribe this information. It is time for those transcriptions from this one to be placed in a situation and setting that is available. We have been working with this one regarding that. It is a beacon. It is hope. It is love. It is presence. It is quality. It is advancement. It is proper. It is sincere. We are also happy that you are giving it to others who have the abilities of working with spirit. This provides the interest, the expectations and as we said the “fun” of working with spirit in a different way. There are no possibilities that are not possible for you. You have called us. We have and continue to answer. That was not a possibility in this one’s mind. But we blew her mind. This one is not laughing. Ha ha ha. 

We wish to talk to you today about the vessel. The vessel of information that is present. The vessel is filled with information and what happens when you roll the vessel down the hill and the end is open. Some information trickles out. Much of the information stays within the vessel. Who decides what information comes out? Does the one who sends the vessel down the hill control the information that comes out?  Who does? And what happens to that information?  Does someone walk through the meadow picking up the information helter-skelter in a random way or do they pick up the information that is meaningful to them? SADO is a vessel of information but some want the entire contents of the vessel right away. Others will walk through the meadow picking up only the information that they feel applies to them. Others will pick up the information if they find it and perhaps they will see that the information belongs to someone else. The information that is coming from SADO is providing for those of you who are wearing the earth suits.   It is providing information and providing support. It is supplying challenges for those of you who have chosen this pathway of knowledge, just because you are not ready to see this information on your own. You not having this information before does not mean that this information is incorrect, not for you, not important.  It could mean that the information you feel is not timed right, but it is ALWAYS timed right. All experiences that you have are opportunities. This is what the broken hearted do not see. 

It is important to speak about opportunities. Opportunities for growth, opportunities for challenges, opportunities for experiences, opportunities to know love that you have never felt and sometimes that love is not felt until it is, as you would say, gone. It is important for the broken hearted to understand that the feelings of love that they have when their loved one is wearing the earth suit, change; when the earth suit is no longer holding the person. Love changes. Love becomes more intense. The experience of this is the experience of loss, is the knowing that love is an opportunity, an opportunity to feel a different kind of love. It is all about opportunities. It is important that these opportunities are understood. It is important that these opportunities are used. It is important that these opportunities are known. Remember, the vessel coming down the hill.   What will you choose from the information that comes from it?  

And it is enough.

ACCENTS, CONFERENCES, TRANSCRIPTION & SHARING (05/10/18)

SADO: And we are here.

Lynn: Welcome. Thank you for coming.

SADO: And we gather in a natural setting today, way above, bringing to you a different kind of information. We have crossed the bridge that we built for you in a lifetime together. The information that flows under the bridge is information from the intellect of the SADO beings as well as the Spiritual being wishing to be in contact and to be in communication with . . .  (phone ringing)

Lynn: That’s interesting, I don’t know where that came from? Not mine. Oh. Ok. That’s ok. Let’s um do a couple Oms ok?  How about 3 Oms. 

SADO: The information that goes under the bridge is the lower level of information. This information is needed and necessary for those who wear the earth suits to be able to experience the opportunities that are brought forward. We wish to help you to develop the communication with the spirit and as you would say the Spirit God. It is important for us to know that you have made contact with the Spirits that are providing information to you. These are the gods that help you with your dilemma while wearing the earth suits. The information that runs under the bridge is the information that provides for you for the opportunities you have of the experiences when you are wearing the earth suit. This information is coming from your spiritual gods as you would call them. It is very important for you not to miss the opportunities that are provided for you to have the experiences that you needed and wanted to have while you are wearing the earth suits. Please do not miss the opportunities to teach and learn. That is the reason why you are wearing the earth suit. Many opportunities are missed by the broken hearted. These opportunities are for good. These opportunities are for learning and these opportunities are for sharing. When the oneness of all is independently realized you share in all experiences and the opportunities of the experiences with all. That is a difficult concept if you are wearing an earth suit. Many books have been written with this information. We continue to try to continue to bring this information to you. In as many ways, languages, accents as possible. This information is important to this group.  You are working with the broken hearted. The broken-hearted feel more separated from the One than can be seen as possible. As you know in your Footsteps poem that is when you are being carried and as you know the broken hearted are those who feel separated from the One. When that feeling of separation occurs, it is not pretty. Ha ha ha. It is difficult and when separation occurs from your loved ones it is difficult. Being connected to the One is the most important possibility for those who are wearing the earth suit. It is and brings a feeling of peace and security to the broken hearted. It is something to strive for, something to learn about and something to teach. Don’t miss the opportunities to do this. 

We are talking with this one about the conference and were informed about the information from SADO being presented in one particular session and segment of the conference. This is not correct. SADO speaks. SADO presents. SADO informs. SADO will speak through the voices of the participants. 

SADO does not need to have an accent. This is the voice that you recognize as the SADO. This voice is a compilation of voices of SADO that works with this one’s mouth. Speaking in our own tongue would be unintelligible in her mouth. We developed this way of communication with you so that you know when SADO is speaking to you. This will change slightly in time with this one allowing the information to come through in a less restricted way. The information that we have given to others as SADO does not refer to being generalized to those with a broken heart. We sneak a little personal information in there as well. Ha ha ha. At times this information is rather, as you would say, futuristic. At times this information may seem to be premature. At times this information may appear to be predictive. We speak to you today from the natural setting. It is time to be grounded in SADO. It is time to be grounded in SADO’s words. It is time for a transcription to be made, to be read, to be shared. We appreciate the dispersion, as you would say of this information to be shared. The education from this material, this information is paramount to SADO’s agreement with this group for this lifetime, the lifetime of the bodies you currently inhabit. 

And now we open this time for questions that we can be helpful to you. 

Lynn: SADO when we, we were talking earlier about the conference and um you have said in the past that what we need to do is we need to figure out things ourselves instead of relying on you to tell us how and what to do. And so, should we in presenting you, should we just go with what the others present to us in the workshops in deciding whether to bring you forward into a sharing session?

SADO: The room and environment will need to be right. It will be interesting and helpful for those present as you said those who want to be present to know the information from SADO. SADO will not do, as this one would say and is explaining, gallery readings. 

Chris: Right.

SADO: That is not the purpose of SADO. Also, SADO can give this information. SADO can bring forward those loved ones but, that is not the reason why SADO was formed that is not what you would ask of SADO. The information that is provided by SADO to this group of people, the broken hearted, will be important and impactful. We trust that you will evaluate the participants to know if this is a safe place for this one to bring SADO through. We trust you. We respect you. We depend on you. 

Chris: Thank you SADO. You mentioned and I’m sorry I was writing so fast I wasn’t sure that I got it. You know you said you appreciate that we are transcribing and getting the information. Is there a way that what we are talking about transcribing the information is that something that should be getting out there too?  Should it be done in different ways?  Possibly at the conference? Are there other ways?

SADO: As you know we have put the information out for public use through your paper and through this one’s website. The participants can go through those processes to access this information and this material. You who are wearing the earth suits are not a patient people. The more information that you can promote to others and in as many ways that those that want to read and hear the words of SADO need to be followed through with. This is your major life purpose! This one is saying this sounds “dramatic”, but it is true. It is now imperative that your society have the opportunity to hear and utilize this information. You are missing opportunities for this to be done. We are providing the words. It is necessary for you to prepare the outlets and there needs to be several outlets. We will provide more of this information in the future.

SURROUNDING ENVIROMENT FOR SADO MEETINGS, INFORMATION FROM SADO and QUESTIONS for SADO 

SADO: And we are here. 

Lynn: Welcome SADO. 

Chris: Thank you for coming SADO.

Surrounding Environment for SADO Meetings 

SADO: And we find some hesitation regarding bringing this information to you due to the situation from the last time we were together. The hesitation is about making sure the host is not harmed. The change in what you would consider the environment is very difficult to maintain the connection in a smooth, energetic, balanced, equal way. It is important that you set the stage to make sure that there are no interruptions. These informational interruptions can be due to a change in the volume of noises, of temperature and other personalities entering or exiting. It is your responsibility to watch the environment for the host. 

This will be very important when you are together and when you are bringing SADO through to the members of the group of the broken hearted. It is your responsibility to provide a safe environment. We had agreed to come through in a setting where the light was not deprived however it is easier for SADO to come through when the light is not too bright. That would cause a change in the environment. This information will be important as you continue the process of bringing the words of SADO through.

Information from SADO  

SADO is a group of spiritual beings. Some in this group of beings have had lessons and have expended energy on the Earth’s surface. We call and identify ourselves as Spiritual beings because at this point our energy remains in Spirit. The information that we bring is important to our connection with this group. Our identities are not as important. We are giving you the information in support about what the identities are. The specifics of this information about unknown beings is unimportant. The questions that you have are important and SADO wishes to spend time with you answering questions that are important to you to provide information, education and support for the broken hearted. 

The conference that you are spending your time gathering information for is an important point in group dynamics and how SADO will continue to operate and provide information for the broken hearted. 

This one will provide the opening and the channel for information to come. She will be supported by the three of you and although this is not an impactful presence for her to make, it is important for her to make this be known and for the three of you to provide the protection of her energy.  

This one was chosen due to not being as close to the broken hearted and for her abilities. It is difficult when the heart is broken to open the channel and allow the ego to be placed in the corner. The provisions that we have established with you are important. These provisions, if honored, will provide more ways for SADO to come through. We wish to provide information from the Creator and add to the healing of the broken hearted. 

Questions for SADO

Questions are always welcome whether it be questions from this group or questions from the broken hearted. As SADO provides this information, if there can be an opportunity for questions to be asked and answered, that would be helpful. This can be through our sister, Christine’s paper (newsletter), this can be from what you call the website or at the conference. The SADO group is to do questioning before those that will be coming from what you consider to be your audience after which time you may allow us to “go rogue”. (Hahaha) 

We wish to spend the time today with you bringing you information that is going to be happy for you to be able to send to others. This information is coming for our sister, Chris’s, paper, to the website and to others who you are going to communicate with you at the conferences where you will be presenting. 

The information that we have given you that you have and have not yet transcribed, is information that would be very helpful to have organized when you do this. It is what SADO has seen coming. It is what SADO has provided. It is what you have agreed to present in the name of SADO. 

This is a good time for you to ask for the information that you’d like to have during our time together today. 

Chris: SADO, in my newsletter that you spoke of earlier, in getting your information out there, I have already started talking about signs and communicating with their children, the broken hearted’s children,  and their relationship and the change in perspective, and changing how they look at signs and communication. Do you have just a few words that you would like to, for me to be able to state about how people could, how the broken hearted could feel more comfortable in their relationship with their child in their present condition? 

SADO: It is difficult for the broken hearted, for the emotionally distressed, for the ill, for anyone who is wearing an Earth suit to provide an opening for Spiritual being information, signs and synchronicities to come through. We, in the Spirit world, work very hard to transform our energy to be able to provide this information, these feelings, these synchronicities, to the broken hearted and those that we love. We have the information and the personal relationships from when we also wore an Earth suit and were other forms of energies. 

It is difficult sometimes, for those who wish to do the communication as it is a skill that we also need to be able to learn and aspire to. However, when we have the ability to do so, as the bird that beckons the window, the songs that come on the radio, the knocking, the tapping that you have felt and heard, the connections that are being able to be made, when those are acknowledged by the personal relationships; that strengthens our ability to use the energy to once again come through and have and continue the personal relationships with those who continue to wear the Earth suit. The acknowledgement by those who continue in the atmosphere of the Earth to Spirit is most important. That provides for the learning of the Spirit, provides for that Spirit to understand that the ways they are now communicating is being helped and being received and is helping to heal the broken hearted. 

All: Thank you SADO, very much. 

SADO: And if there is nothing else. 

Chris: SADO, you have already said that it is not important to understand the difference in the beings, I suppose it was just our curiosity because we are looking at the grander picture of who we are in this Earth suit and are we protected by and are we visited by and are these other beings in our presence? I understand that it’s not important, in the grander scheme, it is just our curiosity, but I am sure you understand that is how the broken hearted would be feeling. We want to know more about all of these other beings in relationship to us even though it doesn’t matter to us in the reality of our progression. 

SADO: That is correct. Although, your Earth suit only protects you from your own environment. And it is enough. 

Death Trauma Questions (5/31/18)

Death of the physical body, dualism, being in separation through grief, how the earth suit is not real, the Big Release

SADO: And we are here. 

Death of the physical body and Dualism

Participants:  Welcome. Thank you for coming. Thank you for coming today. 

SADO: And we gather with you all to provide information and support for the broken hearted. It is our purpose, it is our plan, it is our work. It is our pleasure to provide the thoughts to be helpful and to help with the growth of those who form the group of the broken hearted. This information is like the sheep in the field. The sheep grow and they grow and grow their wool and through the growth of the wool they provide a protection from the elements and the environment in the same way that those with broken hearts provide a shell which protects them from their environment. At times, this shell also provides for them a way to stay separated from the ONE. Separateness from the ONE is what you would say is the “misery loves company” story that many have and stay in when they are grieving the death of a loved one. Those who feel this way; that the body is real and now gone from them, underscore and exaggerate the separateness, also called by some the dualism. Dualism means two – God and the body. However, there is only one; God which is of course, the energy of the God. The thoughts that come from the God are God-like thoughts. The thoughts that are cruel, that are hurtful, that are angry, that are aggressive, are the thoughts that are coming from the body, the mind. It is difficult for those who are wearing the earth suits to be within the mind of God. It is a difficult task but one that is worth doing. The questions of our sister, Lynn are answered by this information that we have just provided. When  the questions are repeated, we will repeat the answers that apply to those questions. This is the format of the questions and the answers that will provide you with information from SADO.

This one is telling us that this is not going to become computed; that further information is going to need to be supplied to answers the questions in a concrete way that will be helpful. Do you understand this information? 

Chris: SADO, are you talking about do we understand the information that you just provided, or do we understand the format? 

SADO: Yes, and yes.

Chris: I’m sorry I didn’t hear that. 

SADO: Yes, and Yes. 

Chris: Thank you. 

Lynn: So, my first question was why does death, why does the end of the physical body have to be so horrific, sometimes? 

Dualism about the Earth suit

SADO: You are right in the fact that at the end of the physical body, which is not the end of the existence, is very difficult because your society has determined that the earth suit is real but also that the earth suit is the vessel, is the vase, but does not include anything inside of it. You want your cake and eat it too. You want to continue the relationship with the person whose body is no longer in the earth’s atmosphere. You want to continue the relationship and you want the continuation of the body. It is difficult, we know, and you struggle with your belief in dualism. The dualism of their being energy of the body and energy within the body. The energy withinthe body can never die. The energy of the body does die, and the death is seen by those on our side as immaterial. The body did not exist in Spirit. The body is, as you’d say, “man-made,” literally man-made. You have attached to the body when in essence you look into the eyes of the child when she is born and you connect to the child’s soul, not to the body. Parents whose children have a body that does not support them still connect with their child. You connect to the energy of the child. You love the body, but the body is not able to love. When the body no longer supports the life, it is called death. There is no spiritual energy left in the body. The body is an empty vessel. We understand the group becomes attached to the body. However, this is not appropriate from our stance or provides any spiritual growth. Your children continue, you’d say, to live but live in a way that was impossible when attached to the body. You all have evidence of this fact. The body was holding them back from true spiritual development and existence. We understand it is difficult for you to understand. It need not be difficult for you. When you think about your loved ones that resides on our side, think about the part of them that made them special to you and we believe that you will resonate with their energy, not their body. You make it horrific. It does not need to be so. When an energy makes a commitment to go into an Earth suit it is not only an effect for those of us who love them because we know that even though they are not within our realm they exist, and they will return. This is a good lesson for this group to learn and our sister Christine to write about.

Chris: Thank you SADO. That is definitely one that will go in the newsletter. Thank you. Thank you. 

Lynn: So SADO, is this be an appropriate question for us to be asking at the conference? 

SADO: The question has been asked and the question has been answered. Why would you take the time to re-ask the same question? 

Lynn: That is what we are trying to understand. We would not ask the same question for ourselves again but we are trying to have the people who are there or listening to you, we weren’t sure if we were to open up the floor up to their questions or were we supposed to provide a question we thought they would learn the most from hearing from what you have to say on that issue. 

SADO: Yes, and yes. 

Lynn: Yes, open to their questions? 

SADO: Yes, and yes. You are forgetting about the freewill. Keep in mind you came to the planet of freewill. All that you do when you are presenting is directed by the freewill and to our sister Lynn, does this information satisfy the question you have asked? 

Lynn: Yes, partly no, I guess it doesn’t satisfy because I guess the destroying of the, way we choose to destroy the body even though it is not real or not the real us seems to play into the emotions that we are trying to learn from so I guess it’s part of the lesson but … 

SADO: What is it that you mean by destroy the body?

Lynn: OK, for instance when people die in a car accident, or die by suicide, die by a fire or drowning, perhaps that’s the way they chose to leave the earth suit and transition and compared to someone who dies of old age on a bed. It just seems like, I don’t understand. 

The Big Release

SADO: You are confusing death of the body with the Spirit coming home. Yes, that can seem like two different things but are mutually exclusive. The body must release the Spirit in order for the Spirit to come home. It is too heavy. We mean the body is too heavy, not in weight, of course as anything is possible unto God, but too heavy in what it contains and the matter that is not needed or wanted by the Spirit to be able to grow, learn, celebrate and love. The body needs to be left. The Spirit cannot come home with the body. It is the release. You call it death. We call it the “big release.” That is a positive! They are the lucky ones that have been released, that have learned, that have experienced, that they have made the decision to come home. Was there more for them to learn? Perhaps, but their decision to come home was honored. Sometimes, they come home in order to provide the education of those who they left on the Earth surface. The education of loss as you would say. It is a powerful lesson. It provides for you a training that is impossible to receive in any other way. But this does not happen in what you would call a vacuum. All parties interested and attached to the energy have to be consulted and agreed to this change. It does not happen in a vacuum. You don’t know this. You don’t experience this in a conscious or sub-conscious way in the mind of the body. You experience this in the mind of God. It is a deep discussion and a deep understanding. We will work with you till you gain the information that you need to gain to understand this. Your Nicki, your Rachel, your Zac will work with you to have this understanding. They are not sad. They were released. They are providing for you. Their love has never been interrupted. The compassion for your learning is supported. The great joy is when they see your growing in the spiritual ways that you all have been able to do. We bless you; we love you and we tell you that you are not ready to be released as your babies were. We ask for you to, as you would say, ponder this information, to allow it to go into your hearts to provide the foundation for your understanding.

SADO: And we are here.

Lynn: Welcome

SADO: And this one has joined our circle today. We invite you into what we call the inner circle. The inner circle provides information for the broken hearted. You will notice that the vocal pitch of this is different than what you have been hearing before. This is due to the specialists from this area being able to communicate with you. You will notice that the accent may seem to be the same because there is a combined voice between the twelve of us but the vocal changes that you may be hearing during this lecture are providing what you would consider to be a higher pitch. It is time for you to be able to to recognize that the information is coming from different ones in the group. This one can see who is speaking but does not hear the accent as you would call it in the way that the human ears bring it through. We appreciate the reduction in the noise for this one to be able to work through. We have a coordinator of this group who is speaking primarily. We are specialists in different areas who wish to provide information to the broken hearted. That is when you may hear a different pitch. Our sister, Edwina, might be very useful in hearing these changes and these differences. 

We wish to talk about Spirit. We wish to inform you regarding this essense or the Spritual essense. An essense is an energy form of the existence of Spirit. The energies of Spirit are no different than the energies we see in each of you. It is simply a transference of energy from God, from Spirit, for you in the human form. There is Spirit energy that does not go into human form. This energy is what you would call Spirit, Gods, God-forms, some even look at this as Angels, Guardians, Guidance. We understand that the question is more about why the information comes through and has different forms of Spirit and is different or unique. 

Each Spirit energy is from different experiences in different ways of bringing the information through. Some of these energies will do so in, as you would call a physical way. We would call that in a material way. We are not talking, our sister Lynn, about materialization we are talking about as you would call it a physical way. Examples of this might be finding a coin, a feather, seeing the lights, apports, as you would say we would simply talk about the lights having energy and the lights not having energy and moving at Spirit speed. Those are what we would consider physical proof and physical messages from the Spiritual energy. There is emotional energy as well, showing the mood. The breeze against the cheek, having someone have the giggles, as you would say. Helping someone to emote. There are those who would practice the mental deep thoughts, the pictures in the mind, the words that come through the body; that is what we would call the mental energy from those spiritual beings that work in the field of mental energy. Yes, there are some guides in spiritual forms that will work in numerous ways, but most have their way of communicating with those who are in the energy field of the earth. This is information that we want to bring to you on this given day. We would like to allow quesitons to be posed during our sessions. After we have been able to give the information that we find has been helpful to you in your work and the questioning that you are currently working through. 

Edwina: I have a question it doesn’t relate directly to what you just said but it’s been on my mind. SADO, you said that you came to us because we called you for which we are very grateful, and it’s been a wonderful experience. I realize that I was unaware that I had called you and I’m not sure if the others are as well, but could you say something more about that and explain that please?  

SADO: Our sister Edwina- Have you not prayed for guidance throughout your life?  The call was not the call of that particular night. The call was coming from the hearts, the hearts of all peoples of all that are wearing the earth suits. The people in the human body who believe that they have been separated from the One. They are the broken hearted. The energy that was generated by the group to bring the information and allows communication of SADO to come through to you was the answer; the answer to your prayers for guidance, for help, for knowledge. 

Edwina: Ok thank you that makes sense. 

SADO: It is a literal interpretation that that night when this one allowed SADO to come through, that question and request was then… it was not so. This one has asked for spiritual guidance throughout her entire life; the guidance to help heal the broken hearted. To help the brokenhearted deal with the separation from their loved one which is what you would call it. We have come when we are called whether in a group of two, a single, a group of twelve as SADO is or a group of millions. We come when we are called but we cannot change the free will that you set up when you come into the body. The free will is for purpose and is what your scientists would call cause and effect. We are there, we are helpful, we are full of information and some say we are full of something else, ha ha ha. It is important for you all to be looking at the information in a non-literal way. This is as we talk about the separation from the One. It is not a literal separation. There is not one that can ever be separated. It is important that you expand your thought processes, and as this one has remanded us she would like us to speak in concrete terms and when we can, we do but it is important for greater understanding for you to know that the information needs to be interpreted in a broader sense. Some will get it, as you would say, some will not. It’s ok. It is appropriate. You cannot cause knowledge to happen.

Edwina:  So SADO, when I am looking back on this information that you’ve given us and I’m looking for literal answers, I shouldn’t do that, I should be listening to my heart and my intuition of what I’ve already learned and going to that to answer the questions, correct?  

SADO: This is what causes a difference of opinion when you listen to your heart, but it is what needs to happen so that you can discuss these changes in your thought process and information that you bring forward. In talking to others about your belief systems with the information from SADO, from the information from your heart, from the information from your daughter, from the information from those who you feel are in the know. Bringing the information together in a way that, as our sister Christine would say, “makes sense”, is helpful. We talked the last time we were invited into the service about a vacuum. The information from SADO does not happen in a vacuum. You do not live in a vacuum. It is all spiritual. There is a difference, it is called physics. It is a difficult science to know that all lives are happening at the same time and that you don’t live in a brick house, that is heaven is not above you. It is all energy. The manipulation of the energy is the ability to see the energy in different ways. It is difficult when you are wearing the earth suit, we understand that. We are not sorry for that, but we understand that. This is the LIFE that you decided to live with this part of the spiritual energy. Literal is a word that has NO spiritual meaning. What is this? That. Process that. And it is enough.

SADO: And we are here. And we are bringing in, our sister Edwina into this energy group. She never reported to you that her conversation and communication and concentration were a bit off. Hahaha We are beckoning this one into the group. 

We wish to present to you an option, a question to be given to your participants. It starts out with the information that will be helpful for them to consider. The information is that all who come into your lives …this one forgot to empty the phone energy (Jane’s phone rang) hahaha.  The information to be given to your participants and for you to consider as well is the information about everyone who comes in to your lifetime is there with the distinct purpose of teaching you something about yourself. It is not to teach you about others. It is about them teaching you something about yourself. When this is known it is important for you to ponder why the person who is standing in the grocery store line is taking so much time. They have given you a gift. It is your responsibility to understand that gift and to learn from it without issuing judgment unto them. All living creatures come to provide information and the possibility of lessons to the broken hearted. The question to your participants is what lessons did their child and children come to teach them? 

Remember, all who are wearing earth suits, in the animal body, in the insect body, in the reptile body, in the plant body have come to provide the gift of learning. The lessons are provided by the One. They are to be discovered, to be learned, to be recognized by the broken hearted. When all realize that all are in the light sharing the energy to provide for your learning, ahhhh, it is powerful. It is not the job in the job description of your guidance to show you this. It is your responsibility to provide yourself with this information so that the work that you are doing coordinates with the lessons that the others you allow into your life have found you, have proven to you, have helped you. This is a great lesson and when you begin thinking in this way you will find that much understanding is gained for your life in the earth suit.  Is that information comprehensible? 

Chris: Yes, SADO that was exactly, I didn’t need the validation but I wanted it and I am so grateful that you stated this as I wrote this recently and yes it’s comprehensible and it validates. I needed to hear that because people need to hear that and my fear was that it was not going to be easy in earlier grief to hear this and so I am grateful you made this very clear. Thank you. 

SADO: It is our intention for SADO’s information to be carried into your group process. The information that you are given is not strictly for the four of you. We came to you with the understanding that information would be disseminated far and wide.  Not very far yet, not very wide yet. But, we are providing opportunities for this information to be delivered to the broken hearted. We are very serious about this information being used in that way. We appreciate the hard work, the diligence of our sister Lynn providing the transcriptions for our words. This one has good intentions and speaks to us regularly but has not been putting the information out in the way we would like. No, this is not to shame, this is a fact and this will change. Yes, we all understand that the information will be disseminated. We look forward to a time when SADO’s words are being sheltered, secure and shared. 

Chris: SADO, I have a question and you probably know I am going to be getting the newsletter out this week and in one way of getting some of your words out and shared would you have some words about logic and the logic of living and how we use logic. 

SADO: The information that was provided for you in the beginning would go into the logic section of your paper. It is logical to consider that everyone that you meet is there to help you learn. That is logical, yes?

Chris: yes, thank you, I knew that was appropriate what you said earlier, I just didn’t know if that was something I should be sharing or should that be shared in our workshop we will be doing. So, thank you. 

SADO: It is important that people who are wearing earth suits have an opportunity to have the same lessons given to them numerous times. Never be concerned that you are repeating yourselves. Information will not appear to be repeated. It will be repeated if is not provided in a way that the broken hearted can hear. It is also interesting for us to provide information about the difficulty of seeing the death of a child being a logical act. We will tell you that death is never an accident. Death is never an accident. Did you see how we repeated it? Lots of bereaved parents try to make sense out of their baby’s deaths. There is no logic. It will never make sense to the human mind. There is, you understand, the division in the mind. One part of the mind is the ego, which is concerned with the body. The other part of the mind is the spiritual one and it is connected with THE ONE. There are some who believe that they are hearing from Spirit. The part of the mind, (Jane’s telephone rang again) we are sorry these interruptions are draining the energy. Please help her. (We paused to send her energy then they continued)We will finish this discussion but cannot go further. The logical part of the mind that many wearing earth suits find and believe is actually coming from the ego. You will understand this if the message is not love. Any information that is fear based is coming from the ego-mind. The ego wants to pretend it is spiritual or has a spiritual voice and many people believe that. You might call that the mentally ill but it happens to those wearing an earth suit who have their minds very low. The only things that can be coming from the spiritual mind are those things that are based in love. And it is enough.

Spiritual Brain vs Ego Brain, All Spirit is Part of The One, Message to Bobby

SADO: And we are here. 

Lynn and Chris: Welcome. Thank you for coming SADO.

SADO: And we see that we have a visitor tonight. 

Chris: Yes, we do SADO and he was here last year at this conference with us.

SADO: And we recognize the energy as this one is moving into the center of our circle. And we hear that she is giving you the information that pertains to the way the information is shared. It is not important to us that you understand the individuality of SADO. We understand and hear that our sister, Lynn, would like the individual information about the members of the SADO group. This is not important information and will do nothing to heal the broken hearted. This is what we would call some housekeeping. Hahaha. 

Lynn: Thank you.

SADO: We are thankful to the four of you for presenting the information to the broken hearted. The work that you have accomplished will have, as you say, long legs. It will go far in providing information that will be helpful and increase the knowledge base of those who were in attendance. The discussion has been pertaining to the inequities of what life brings about for those who are wearing the Earth suits. This one is repeating her thankfulness for not being part of this group and considering her heart being cracked for those this one has worked with. We are providing the information to her to understand that is not her path. Free will is part of this as we have talked about in the past. We will not repeat that information tonight. 

We wish to thank you for your energy that you have given to those who are wearing the Earth suits. Your work is far from done (Hahaha) and our special guest is under the same advisement. He has a gift; his gift of knowledge, his gift of communication, he has the gift of education of others, he has a gift of understanding. This gift was gained for him through his son and his daughter. The gift was honed during the time that his son was living in his house figuratively and practically and literally. He is what we call a “changed man” due to the love from and to his son who thanks him, loves him, who cherishes him, who provides the energy, the understanding and the impetus to continue his help. He is concerned that the energy that he is giving out sometimes wanes and wants to make sure that the energy is taken care of with him. It is not an ever-flowing fountain. It is necessary to feed, refill, the fountain. So, living in the Earth suit, the Earth suit does not get younger. This is to be contemplated and to be understood. The work that those of you are doing is good work. The balance is important for the work to continue. How do you balance the energy? This one is not doing a good job. We are schooling her in this at this time. (SADO showed me my life’s trajectory and the ways it could and would be changed by the work I am doing with SADO and without SADO being the primary focus. It was eerily known by my soul and resonated with me. Teaching me to balance my energy, especially when bringing them through orally, was meaningful and set a new precedent for energy in my mind and in my heart for my body.)

Our sister, Edwina, has a better balance. It is important to recognize the balance for the body, the mind and the spirit, which brings us to our subject area for tonight. The subject area is how this one was communicating during the last call. It is important to SADO for this group to understand and recognize when you are speaking from your spiritual brain and when you are speaking and acting from your ego brain. The ego brain is concerned with the physical world that you believe you are living in. The spiritual brain is love. All the thoughts that are coming from love are coming from the spiritual brain. The thoughts that are not coming from love are coming from the ego brain. It is important that you understand that, and you start to tally where your thoughts are coming from. You have spent time, this time at this gathering talking about writing and writing and writing. It is not time for you to tally as your thoughts are coming from. As this one talks about the sticky notes, it is a good way to keep track of the sticky notes coming from the ego and coming from the spiritual brain. Might be surprised of the tally at the end of an hour how many of your thoughts are coming from the ego and how many of your thoughts are coming from the spiritual side. The spiritual thoughts are going to be life-giving. The ego thoughts are going to pull away from the energy of the body. This is difficult to continue to exist in a healthy way when the ego brain is tallying more than the spiritual brain. No, we cannot see this in scans. (Hahaha) This is determined by the information that you tally. This is work that SADO is asking for you to consider as it will provide the steps of growth that you are gathering for this evening. It is a task; this is a task that SADO would like you to consider but it is not priority #1. This one is saying you know what priority #1 is. This one is covering her head in laughter with the understanding that we are “beating it out of you” to transcribe the information and get it out to the public. It is important you have called to SADO. This one is saying we do not need to have this discussion once again. This is incorrect. You need to hear this response from us as many times as it is necessary to “get the work done”. What more do we need to do and show you to get this information out to the broken hearted? This is a question to and for you. We would like you each to answer this. You will find, when you join us, there was nothing that carried a higher priority than distributing this information. We cannot make this clearer to you. 

SADO is hearing a question from our visitor. Is that correct?

Bobby: I have a question where the energy that I feel comes from. Does it come from Spirit Guides or my son or Spirit as One?

SADO: Please understand, our sweet visitor, that your energy is important and impactful and helpful to this group. We will answer your question in one word: Yes. (Hahaha) Your sweet son, your Spirit Guides, your Source are all the same. That is not a popular answer. We understand that that is not the answer you might have been looking for. Your son’s, from this lifetime, his energy is the ONE. Your Spirit Guides, their energy is the ONE. 

Bobby: Thank you. 

SADO: There is an illustration that might benefit you, our special guest. And that is to draw a circle on a paper. Inside the circle put a dot for the son, for the Spirit Guides and understand that they are all within the ONE. You are hearing from different factions of the ONE. SADO is different factions of the ONE. You are very attuned to being able to differentiate the different levels, intensity and for the lack of a better word in human language, the color of the energy. As you continue to understand the intensities of these energies you will be able to incorporate an identification piece for those energies that you would like to be different. Does that cause confusion in your mind? If it does, it is resonating in the ego mind. Move that information to the spiritual mind and it will resonate in your heart. The feelings of the energy that’s coming through and to you, resonates in the heart. Information that is coming through other areas of the human body can be coming from the ego part of the mind. It is very tricky, as you would say. Do you understand where the information is coming from if it is coming from the mind and not through the heart?

Bobby: Yes.

SADO: If there is a question, stop and ask if it is coming from the ego mind which is not love or from the spiritual mind which is love. Has that caused more confusion for you? 

Bobby: No

SADO: We appreciate the acknowledgement of the information to you. 

Bobby: Thank you. 

SADO: Our energy is not as strong, our sister, Lynn, will end this session with her question. 

Lynn:  Actually, I was just going to thank you because I think that answer answered some question in all of us. And I want to thank you for coming and I was very concerned, I was a little concerned that we did not meet our mission for this weekend because we were not able to bring you through to more visitors but I think that we covered the information at least to some point and helped the broken hearted as much as we could and spread love and understanding.

SADO: It is not helpful for you not to have controls over the situation that this one is bringing the energy of SADO through. Your efforts, the noise and the elements, the energies in the room this evening would not have been conducive. We would not have been able to do so, and it is enough.

SADO: And we are excited for the opportunity to present more information to the broken-hearted. It is our wish for you to know that we hear your prayers. There has been some confusion about the use of the prayers and the way that they are communicated to those of us who do not walk on your Earth.

The prayers that come in from the heart are always heard. They are respected and they are granted. They are granted. The granting of these prayers are not like the princess waves the wand and the magic happens. The granting of these prayers is done to the way that would be most beneficial for the prayer. Oftentimes, the broken-hearted feel that their prayers are not being answered. This is untrue. The prayers are always answered. It is important for you to know this and to promote this information. It will help the broken-hearted to understand this.

The groundedness of this group will be very important for the process that you will be going through. It is important for you to be well grounded while you are working in this way with this group of people. If you are not grounded, this will cause a situation where the connection will not be as strong and the connection can be broken.

It is important that the connection be strong. There will be many questions that will be on the hearts of the broken-hearted that come through to the session. We will hear those questions. We will respond to those questions. It is impossible at this point to tell you what it is that we will be talking about at this session, as we will be speaking to the broken-hearted who wish to experience this. This is a door that is opening. There are many doors that are opening at this time. As you know, the veil is very thin, but the doors need to be opened. You called to SADO to open the doors. This is an opportunity for you to allow SADO to walk through the doors. Ha ha ha.

Now it is your responsibility to assure the connection can be made, and it is your responsibility to allow this one to bring the information through in a safe environment. You cannot control every aspect, but it is your responsibility to try to control most of them. Ha ha ha.

We will be working with you to promote this, and we now have your seasonal project, which is to put these on the website—the transcriptions, yes, the video box, yes, that is the next step, as we have much we would like to project. Ha ha ha. The, as you call them, seances, will be quite an opportunity for us to watch your energy in that situation. We are looking forward to doing that and being there with you. It is an opportunity to learn, it is an opportunity to focus, and it is an opportunity to be skeptical. The skepticism that you might find in your own heart is the skepticism that others will be having about SADO. Forgive and accept. Forgive and accept. Being in the human body provides you the opportunity to forgive and accept. All who you come into contact with give you the opportunity to accept and forgive. This is for Christine’s newsletter. Accept and forgive. You have covered this in the past. It needs to be covered again.

It does not matter what called your babies home. They answered the call to their home. (Jane sneezed.) Oooh, you humans, what you do to clean out your sinuses! Ha ha ha. It creates like a shakeup for the energy. Ha ha ha. Your babies wish to tell you that they used the opportunities that they had to wake up. They understand the reasoning is difficult for you to accept. For each of your babies, there was an opportunity to walk away. Your babies did not choose to do so.

There was a reason for them to come home and be awake. They are awake in a much different way than they have been awake before. Being in the human body creates sleepiness. This sleepiness comes about when the information is too difficult to consider, to learn, to live with and to live through. Your babies were ready to be awake. They lived profitable lives. They are even more profitable now. The learning, the work, the understanding is more important now, more impactful now and more available now than any time when they were in the human body. It feels as if there is a question from this group that you would like to ask.

Lynn: SADO, you talked a little while ago about us being grounded at the session. How would we best do that?

SADO: It is important that you do the stages of grounding that works for you. Meditation that day will be beneficial. Because you are in the human body, being careful about what you ingest during that day will also be important. Making sure that before the session begins that you go through the process to bring yourself into that grounding time and grounding energy. So to our sister, Lynn, what is it that you do that you understand provides for you the groundedness of the energy?

Lynn: I think that what you said is very important, and for the moment I need to breathe deeply and have my feet on the ground and center my heart energy out to you and to the group.  

SADO: And that is beneficial to bring the SADO energy in.

Lynn: Thank you.

SADO: What is your concern?

Lynn: I just want to bring the most positive energy to the room so that SADO can have the best connection and bring the message to them. I was thinking about music or Oms. I just wasn’t sure what you thought would work best.

SADO: Because you are in the human body it is important that you discover this information, the diversity of any spiritual process, as our sister Edwina talked about, is also the same in the process of grounding. It is also the same in the process of channeling. It is dependent on the spiritual beliefs and energy of those who are doing the work.

Lynn: So, I will ask the audience to think about what …

SADO: That is correct.

Lynn: Thank you.

SADO: Your list includes granting options. It would be important to address that subject with the group. Some members of the group that will be attending have ways to do the grounding. Suggesting to them that they use this would be important and helpful. 

Lynn: Does the room need to be cleaned by saging or anything?

SADO: That is a very good question. We will handle that from our side.

Lynn: All right, thank you.

SADO: Is there another question that is important for you at this time?

Edwina: I have a question, SADO. It’s a personal question, though, and does not directly pertain to the presentation. Is that all right?  

SADO: That will be fine, my sister.

Edwina: I just wanted to check with you whether it was indeed you who spoke to me in my meditation this morning.

SADO: That was your Guide, Elmer.

Edwina: What was the name again?

SADO: Your Guide’s name is Elmer. Did you not recognize?

Edwina: No, I don’t recognize that name as one of the Guides who has spoken to me before.

SADO: Did you recognize the voice?

Edwina: It didn’t come specifically as a voice, it just came as a message.

SADO: It is important for you to understand who it is that is bringing each of you the information that you receive. When you have a Guide, ask for some descriptive information about the Guide.

Edwina: OK.

SADO: Sometimes the Guide will give you a name that they prefer, like Elmer. Sometimes it will be more of a descriptor. Sometimes it will be an acronym like SADO. When you know the specialties of the Guides who are working with you, it gives you this opportunity then to talk to them about specific interesting issues that you might have.

Edwina: Thank you. It was very encouraging.  

SADO: You are welcome, our daughter. And now we have used more energy working with the physical body of this one so we will close our session for today and say, it is enough.

 SADO: And we are here.

Us: Welcome.

SADO: And we have provided for you the information for you to work on this presentation. This is not the important item for discussion during today’s time together. We wish to know what your future plans are beyond this presentation. We would you like you to take the time and energy to discuss this matter. We are happy that you are spending your time and your talents to transcribe the information. We look forward to a time when this information can be distributed worldwide. This one shuttered at the word worldwide. (Hahaha) 

The information that we provide is not only for you, but it is for the broken hearted. What are your plans in distributing the information to the broken hearted? It is not about waiting for others to provide opportunities for this for you. It is about you providing information and opportunities for SADO. Think big. Do not think small. Do not think with restricted mind, which is the ego mind. We will provide the opportunities, the ideas for you but because we are not wearing Earth suits, (hahaha) this will need to come from you in order to have these opportunities manifest. You did not know what you were getting into when you called to SADO, did you? (hahaha) Be prepared for your presentation but then let it go. Let it go, our sisters. All will be well. Let – it – go.

Chris: SADO, are you asking for ideas of the worldwide disbursement?

SADO: This is not something that you need to work through SADO. This is something that you, as a group, needs to make decisions about and have the conversations with each other. SADO does not have as this one would say, “a dog in this fight.” SADO will provide the information, however, as we have often said, this information is not just for you, but for all of the broken hearted. It is your opportunity to distribute this information. We will help you to know, as we do with your resources, what is appropriate and what is not appropriate. It will, as this one would say, “ring true.”  

We have come today because you have called to us. We have come today to put your emotional responses to rest with regard to the presentation. We have come to you today to extract the decision, the words, the energy of your future plans. It is time. It is time. The SADO group has a wealth of information and it is selfish to not have it available for the broken hearted. It is time for this information to be available. Not in as you would say, “snippets” but all of the information. It is life changing. It is situation changing. It is experience changing. It is time for this information to be public. This is not about SADO. This is about the information, the spiritual information. 

We have come to heal the broken-hearted. You have asked us to heal the broken-hearted. It is your responsibility to put the information out. This information will be helpful. You understand we believe that this is like one of your pharmaceutical companies having the cure for cancer and not letting it be manufactured. That may feel and sound very dramatic to you but SADO feels that the information you have been given is very important in healing the broken-hearted. It is important. 

We also would like to speak once again about your responsibility to generate questions. It is curious that your guests do not have questions, that at times you do not have questions. If you feel you have need for what to ask, you have been given a living source for information and therefore questions if you do not understand. These questions can be generated through the Course in Miracles. There is much to learn. The books could not answer all the questions and it is written in a way that it is confusing for those who are wearing the Earth suits. We pointed you to this information because it provides for you the template to ask the questions. The answers to the questions that you ask will go a long way to heal the broken-hearted. We have provided this information to you in the past. Make this a part of your future plans. 

And it is enough.

Your Loved One’s Passing and Current Experience, Forgiveness, Reincarnation, Ego Brain vs. Spiritual Brain and Trust

 SADO: And we are here. And we see that we have many visitors today. And we welcome you. This one is approaching our circle slowly. (hahaha) We have not told her what we will be speaking about today even though she has badgered us to do so. (hahaha) In truth, we have not planned what the words would be. It is important that when SADO speaks, SADO speaks to the hearts of those who are listening. 

We would like to assure you that your loved ones are within the One. You are within the One. Your loved ones are within you. You all can hear and speak to your loved ones. It is perplexing for those of us who reside on this side to understand your inability to believe that you all have the power to hear your loved ones. Many times, especially for those of you who, as you’d say, “lost” an adolescent, that you believe you could not speak to them so directly. They hear you now. They speak to you now and not through their fingers but through their minds, their hearts to your mind and your heart. Feel their love for you. Feel their hugs around your heart. They are with you. They are part of you. They know what you are doing.

Some of them are happy about what you are doing, some of them are confused. Do not live your life in the way that you feel they want you to live your lives unless you live your life to love; to love yourself, to love others, and always to continuing to love them. That is what they want. That is what you should want. This one is shaking her finger at us for using the word should. It is not a “counseling term”, she says.   

We wish to give you information about the passing of your loved ones. They did not feel it. Their soul was “popped” from their body before the body as you would say, died. Do not be concerned about the moment of death. Know that they were met and greeted by loving beings. Many of you who are attending this meeting are aware of this, but it is difficult to always remember. We ask that you do so. 

We also wish to give you a bit of information about forgiveness. There are several of you here today that have a difficulty with forgiveness in your hearts. This is negative. This does not allow you to live in the loving. Forgiveness is the greatest gift you can have and give. You have been given the ability for even greater energy than love; forgiving those in your life that you feel have been harmful to you. Forgiving yourself is the most difficult.  When you forgive others, you are forgiving yourself and when you forgive yourself you are forgiving others as you are all one. There are no differences between you. We don’t see the differences you do. We see our bodies that are joined because we see the energy. We see the energy, we see the loving, we see the colors, we also see the unforgiveness that you have for yourself. Even if you believe that the unforgiveness is too hard to do toward someone else, it is really a reflection of the self. That is hard and it is one of the lessons that you have the opportunity to learn on this planet – the planet of free will. You are all very brave or very crazy for coming here. (Hahaha) It is a difficult place to be. We watch the struggle. 

We wish for you to remember that the struggle bringing about negative thoughts and beliefs causes many of the mental health problems that this one has spent a lifetime working with. It is what you are thinking that creates the issue. It is not the issue and this one says there are many heads shaking, “No, SADO you are wrong, it is the issue and the experience.” We disagree with that and we know that your scientists are eventually going to be able to show the brain chemistry and how it works and changes with the experiences with neutral thoughts as opposed to experiences with negative thoughts. We are not talking about sadness here. We are talking about unforgiveness. We are talking about negativity of others in your life. We are talking about as this one would say, the woulda, shoulda, coulda. This is much information.

We would like to touch on the subject of reincarnation. It is an opportunity for us to bring you information that you might think we are off our rockers. (Hahaha). The information about reincarnation, as some of you have read, is incorrect. We wish to set the record straight. When the body is shed and the soul crosses home, you know it as the home, correct; the soul joins with the energy of the One. The energy of the One includes all of the experiences of all others who have returned home. Parallel lives, parallel universes, parallel experiences, the soul that goes home gathers the information from all these experiences, from all these souls. And when that soul energy wishes to come back into a body, that soul brings the information from all other souls with it! It cannot be information and knowledge from just one lifetime. This information is being interpreted in a way that is causing harm to some who continue to wear the Earth suit. 

Please consider alternatives to the information you are writing and reading and listen to your loved ones in Spirit. If you are able to separate the ego brain from the spiritual brain, the information will be heard. There are only two sides to the brain, the ego side which allows you to live, breathe, survive and the spiritual brain where you can reside with your loved ones. There is much to be said on the subject of the ego and this will be an ongoing conversation. 

And we will respond to one question.

 Lynn: Does anyone have a question? Just one of a general nature.

 SADO: We have bored them and put them all to sleep.

 Lynn: No one has a question to ask SADO? It’s an opportunity. I know it’s a lot to take in. 

 SADO: Then we will bring up one more topic and that is the topic of trust. Trust and forgiveness is in what we would call the same basket. Trust for self, trust as this one would say – your gut. It will feel right when it is right as long as it does not come through the filter of the ego brain. That is a lot of work to separate the ego brain from the spiritual one. That could be another workshop and maybe it will.

  THE THREE ANDREWS (9/15/18)

This session included three invited guests to witness SADO. 

SADO: And we are here. 

All: Welcome. Thank you for coming SADO.

SADO: And our visitors are not a surprise to SADO. And, we have, this one is arguing with us. You see, we have the three Andrews with us today in our audience. This one is saying no, you have two Andrews.            

We say no, we have three Andrews. We have Andrew, the son, we have Andrew, the son and we have Andrew, the lover. We have three Andrews here with us today. This is a different kind of session from what SADO normally provides as we have been suggesting and educating. We have told the members who are present that there will be no personal memos. This is incorrect for this afternoon. The information that we wish to share this afternoon is proof positive as this one would say, (Hahaha) of the existence of the three Andrews. 

Andrew, the son

SADO: We begin now with Andrew, the son. Andrew, the son, is concerned about his sister and the relationship she is currently interacting with. Andrew, the son, states that this is not a healthy relationship for her. Her heart is not able, at this point, to attain and maintain this relationship. He states that he works with her but she is not available to him for the most part. She is not able to be in this relationship in a way that is what is called equal, balanced and healthy. These are not the words he would have used when he was in body. However, he understands the relationships much more so now than he did when he was wearing the earth suit. He is also talking about the relationship with his father. How difficult it is for him to be able to maintain a new relationship with him. There are other things always on his mind. The work that the mother puts into the relationship is very much appreciated by the son. Andrew talks about his brother and sees now that he has opportunities for growth that he wishes for him to take. The son said that it will take him some time to bring this into fruition in a way that it provides him but he needs to take the next steps in his life. He will be with his brother. He will provide the love, the energy and the abundance for his family. He says that his mother does not need information from him because he gives her information all the time. She is like a sponge he says, drinking, drinking, drinking all the information that he can possibly provide. He is smiling with this information and his heart, he pauses for effect because there is no heart.  Hahaha… is full for his mother. He talks about pride for what his mother has done and continues to do. He shows us and takes us to his gravesite. He shakes his head but he knows that although this is not what is needed for him, it is what is needed for the family. Each member of the family, other than the sister, uses that as a place for connection. He is aware and he tells us that he also connects in many other places. This is known. This is felt. This is sanctioned by Spirit. Although we are not comfortable with the son speaking through this one, we do have the son with us providing for the information and he is willing to answer questions from his mother. “That’s you,” he says. Do you have questions? 

Christine: Thank you SADO. Andrew, are you happy?

SADO: Andrew is laughing. Andrew says, “Ma, that is a silly question. You know I am happy.” We understand to the mother this is a difficult situation to be asking questions in this particular situation. Andrew is shaking his head saying, “Ma, is that the only thing you want to know?” He is laughing and shaking his head and has great love for his mother and he says “I did not know what happiness was until I got rid of that body. That body was a good body. (Christine: Yes, it was) I hope to have another body that will react in the same way the next time and before the mother asks, yes, there will be a next time.”

Christine: Thank you Andrew. Thank you, SADO.

Andrew, the son

SADO: And the second son of the Andrews has appeared. The amount of energy that this soul has is immense. This son arrived on this side with a massive amount of energy. He continues to encapsulate this energy in his life. Yes, we said the word life. Hahaha. He is a very bright spirit. He is very connected with this mother. He’s a man. He wishes to share with you information about the power on your planet. He wishes to share information with you about the power that runs through the lines. He is bringing you information, letting you know in a very odd way that he was empowered when he crossed and this is a joke to him although he says his mother would not think this was funny. 

He continues to be a very bright light and this very bright light is doing much good. He wants you to know that he has saved 212 people since he has learned how to manipulate the machinery.  He says this information and this number increases almost daily. He said you will understand as SADO understands. He would like to share with his mother a concern that he has about a physical issue. The physical issue is what some would call feeling overwhelmed and he talks about this as physical issue and not an emotional issue. He wishes for his mother to get the help that she needs with the chores, as he calls them.  This does not appear to be as he is showing us the information that this is in the professional side of his mother’s life. He shows us things that could be less complicated and time consuming in the time when relaxation state should be happening. He shows us the difference that could be made in the mother’s life. He wishes for the mother to take care the way she always took care of him. Although he says the mother would find that to be not true. He says he has always taken care of the mother’s heart. That his heart and her heart are the same heart and that when she wants to feel him, she just needs put her hand on her heart and she will feel the vibration and beating of his heart, he is that close. He wishes his mother would guide and guard her energy a bit more. “Mother, do you understand this?”

Claudia: Yes, I believe I do.

SADO: And, do you have any questions for this light being?

Claudia: Andrew, are you watching Valerie and Elliot? 

SADO: Andrew, the son, says he is watching them getting into trouble. He likes it when they are acting out. He says it reminds him of his own upbringing although he says they get away with much more than he did.  He says he is always with them as he can be in many different places at the same time. He says, “Mother, you forget this.”

Claudia: I just needed some reassurance.  Thank you, Andrew. Thank you, SADO.

SADO: And the son is saying he’s always with you and is covering your faces with kisses and a BIG HUG. He says he had no problem demonstrating his affection when he was in body but it is easier now to feel his kisses and to feel his love. His love he says will feel like a pressure on the human body. 

Andrew, the lover

SADO: And now we invite Andrew, the lover in. Although he says he does not need an intermediary; that he talks with his love every minute of every day. He can’t believe you are a mother yourself. That was a long way down the road for us, he says. He can’t imagine how your own children would have been. They had not been chosen as they were not to come in to the life of the two of you. This is your child and he loves her and he watches over her. She can be a handful he says. We see that happening and SADO knows you are not there yet. And the lover states that he is able to see the influence and he brings her mother, her biological, as you would say, mother and the two of them are helping to raise her. The mother says, “you are doing a better job than I would have been doing with her at this stage of life” and she thanks you and she kisses you on both cheeks. And Andrew says he likes to keep things light but, in your heart, he feels the grief from you and from his mother and he is sorry for causing the heartache. This is a good relationship that you have. He says, “it keeps her on her toes and I like that. There is much for you to learn in this relationship with this man and your daughter.” He is happy to see the growth that you have had since the time when he left his body. The lover states there are no questions that she needs to ask as she asks lots of questions that he answers. But SADO has made a commitment to answer questions so we will give the opportunity to this one to hear the questions from that one. 

Sarah: Thank you SADO and thank you Andrew. Do you have any guidance for my continuing to strengthen my connection with Spirit?

SADO: Andrew, the lover states that this is a question that he will allow SADO to answer. SADO sees the importance for the three of you to make and strengthen the connections with the three Andrews. TRUST, trust in what you feel. Trust the feelings that comes from your very soul. Where is your soul? That is where you trust from for spiritual growth and connection. Trust the feelings that you have. Acknowledge the feelings that you have as soon as possible. This one wants to know why we are yelling. Hahaha.  At times, Grus gets very passionate and he is the strength of connection. The answer to this question; it is a good question, is to do what allows you to trust and to know at the soul of your being that these three Andrews exist, that these three Andrews live, that these three Andrews love. 

Sarah: Thank you so much SADO.

SADO: And as our own group members are feeling left out, we come quickly with the Nicole. Although this one is laughing and saying no, that is not Nicole, that is Nicki. Hahaha. Spirit is very proud of you for being the bright light of the family. She says you have no choice in your family of origin and yet you carry this through. She has had some concerns about her daddy and is watching over but he is very lost, very confused and sees little purpose for his life other than loving her mother and her siblings. Nicole asks that you do more together and yes, this means that you might need to do the things he likes to do. 

She is watching over. She provides you with much information to trust her existence. She says you should have a shirt that says, “My Nicole Is Here” because you feel her with you constantly because she is there. She is proud of you for the work that you are doing to bring the information of SADO. She wishes for you to do more of this but says, “Daddy comes first”.       

Lynn: Nicole I am so proud of you also. Thank you for all your help and for being there with me all the time and I will look into helping Dad a little more.  

SADO: And she bows to you. 

SADO: And this Zac is being a funny boy and he says she does not need to hear from me again today. He wishes you to know however, that he has not been able to get through to you regarding your own balance of time and energy. He sees that you are working to ground yourself but it is not often enough and he would like you to do that more often and for longer periods of time. This is important for your work and no, as this one says, it cannot come at 5 am!  

Chris: Thank you Sweetie and thank you SADO.  (Lynn: he knows you well!)

SADO: And this one’s energy is fading with this connection so if you have any other questions it would be good to ask them shortly. (there were no questions)….And it is enough.

 Duality, Illusion and True Reality 

SADO:  And we are here. 

Lynn: Welcome. 

SADO: And we gather strength for this one, who is a bit, as you would say, a bit tired. (Hahaha). And we see that we have visitors.

Lynn: Yes, SADO, we have brought some visitors tonight.

SADO:  And as this is a knowledgeable group, we wish to begin asking a question of you.

Lynn: Oh, interesting. 

Duality

SADO:  What is the meaning of duality and we wish to extract the answer from that small female to our left.

Lynn:  To your left. 

SADO:  It is the one you call (sitter)

Lynn: They want to ask you about duality.

Sitter 1:  I am really not sure.

SADO: You are Spirit that lives in human form. You know the duality as right and left, front and back, up and down. You live with the duality and work diligently to make sense of the right and the wrong. Much of your energy is promoting this understanding. Is this not correct?

Sitter 1:  Yes, it is.

SADO:  We wish to bring you information that would be helpful and nurturing for your soul.

Sitter 1:  Thank you.

Illusion and True Reality

SADO:  We see your work. We understand the pain this understanding work provides for you at your soul level. You see duality is what you see and what you don’t see. The duality is reality and the true reality (Hahaha). The true reality is not the illusion that you see with your eyes that comes out of the human form. The reality is behind the illusion. The illusion provides the pain. The illusion creates the sense of loss. There is no loss. There is the next place. It is the place without the illusions. It is the true reality. It is important for you to understand that the fight that you fight every second of what you call time is not the reality. It is behind that. This makes no sense to the minds that will only look with the human eyes. The human eyes are like marbles. There is no vision. The vision comes from inside. The vision of truthfulness comes from the Spirit self. The Spirit self lives on one side, what you call, the human brain. The other side is the ego. We have spent much time talking about the ego. The work that this SADO group is doing is providing information about the ego and the Spirit part of the brain. As the transcripts continue you will have an opportunity to see this information into print. Right SADO group?  (laughter). 

Lynn: We are working on it. Thank you, SADO.

Sitter 1:  Thank you.

SADO:  Ah, we are not done. Don’t you understand little one, the difference between illusion and the true reality. 

Sitter 1:  I am learning, yes.

SADO:  It is very difficult for you?

Sitter 1:  Sometimes.

SADO:  We are with you. The energy is within you, but you cannot ground from your feet. This is not possible. For you must ground from your spinal column, your tail bone as it were. It is important to do this. It will provide for you the ability to work with reality and not the illusions that make you sad and misunderstand the reality of Spirit. We are here tonight because of you.

Sitter 1: Because of me?

SADO:  This is the information that is so important for the healing of your soul. 

Sitter 1:  Thank you

SADO: It is important that you benefit from the information. It will nurture your soul in a way that is very important for the knowledge to be brought forward to your people. You have a gift to understand and explain the understanding to others in your very quiet and, as this one would say, unassuming way. We appreciate working through your abilities to provide information to those who are separated from the One. Those who are broken hearted. We wish you to remember that illness is part of the illusion. It is not the reality. It is important that you understand this part of the duality. You might see the duality as illness and wellness. There is only wellness.

Sitter 1:  Okay.

SADO:  Do you understand?

Sitter 1:  Yes.

SADO: There is a question?  

Sitter 1:  A little.

SADO:  Would you like to settle this with the group?

Sitter 1: That would be fine.

SADO:  We are gathering information. You have much sadness. You have experienced. It falls on your heart.

Sitter 1: Yes.

SADO: It has provided you with much opportunities of learning, of growing, of understanding. These opportunities are life changing. They have changed your life. They will continue to change your life. It is important that the energy that you put into the understanding of the duality process will bring you out of the darkness. Looking for, as you would say, the opposites. Understanding the reality and which are the illusions will provide the opportunities for the growth that we are talking about this evening. This is important information for all those in attendance here tonight. It is a good time in your public lives, in your private lives, in your social lives, in the political systems that you currently reside, to look for the dualities. You think you are seeing lies being told. That is not a reality. That is the illusion. Understand what it is that you are meant to hear, meant to understand. Allow yourself to be awakened. Awakened in the way. You have the information to empower you. The information that you may not have understood in the past. The information of how others are wearing Earth suits understand the world to be. It is all opportunities. It is incredible education that you are paying for every day in your world of time, which also is an illusion. Hahaha. Is that resonating with you?

Sitter 1:  Yes.

Lynn:  And with me.

SADO:  We appreciate the time and the energy that those of you have spent in getting to this place tonight. We understand it has been significant for many. We wish to provide information that will help you understand the duality appearing here and being on our side with us. There is a duality there, as well. Which is reality and which is illusion? That is your job to be able to bring that information forward. It is your responsibility to share the information with those who will listen. Say what you have to say. We have used a great deal of energy this evening bringing the information through, but we will accept one question due to the promise made by our sister, Lynn. (energy is reducing)

Lynn:  Does anyone have a question?  Did you say you did not have the energy tonight SADO, or Jane did not have the energy tonight?

SADO:  We will provide one question’s answer.

Sitter 2: Is this duality related to the duality in the Book of Tanya?

SADO:  You are well read our sister. There are many opportunities to find duality in many “books”. This is one good example of duality of which we speak of. There are also many possibilities of understanding duality in the book of Job, in the book of Timothy, and throughout scripture of all kinds. And it is enough.

Planetary Shift Interference, Re-commitment to Transcription Goal, AREI Physical Mediumship Presentations 

SADO: And we are here.

Lynn: Welcome

SADO:  And the planetary pull is making it difficult for this connection of today. The planets in your solar system are not in the alignment that produces the energy complete.

This is a difficult time in the lives of souls who want to feel most closely to their loves ones that are closer to Spirit than those who are wearing the Earth suits. It is the difficulty that this one is having in bringing the voice through. She is bringing the voice of SADO after she forgot how to open her mouth and allow the music of a voice to come through. (hahaha) 

It is caused by the alignment of the planets and the changes in the atmosphere of your planet. It becomes more difficult to make this connection when the air, as you would call it, is not charged in the positive way. This is information that is not being shared with those who are wearing the Earth suits by those who are wearing the Earth suits although they understand that there is a disconnect of ideas that come through from Spirit. Your scientific labs have a problem with being stalled during this event. Often times this is said to be because of the holiday season. This can and does happen throughout your Earth’s calendar. It just so happens that it coexists with your holiday season. It will pass. 

This is a time when you are able to assure those who feel they are not as connected to understand why this is happening. We wish for our sister, Christine to promote this idea in her newsletter. Assure those who are wearing the Earth suits and who are suffering from the grief response to understand that if they don’t feel as close it is not happening due to something they have done or are not doing. Continuing with the meditation, the writing and journaling, the praying to and about, the information that they wish for their loved ones to have is important.

Even though those wearing an Earth suit may not hear from their loved ones during this particular time, please help them be assured that the words they are thinking and speaking from their heart is getting through to their loved ones in Spirit. It is, as you would say, a busy time of year. This is understandable by SADO. This is appreciated by those of SADO who have not been wearing the Earth suit for many centuries, if at all. Those who have worn the Earth suit know and they understand this and wish you confidence and the generosity of understanding to know that this will continue for as long as you allow it to. 

Reprioritizing in the new year is an important function for you to plan now.  We understand the change of priorities at this time. We would like that to be different. SADO as a group would like you to understand that we appreciate your time and talents. We understand and look forward to transcriptions to be finished in 2019. We would ask you to set as your goal and priority. We would ask if you feel this is doable. We would ask you to set this as your goal. We would ask to set this as your priority. We would ask if you feel this is doable. We would ask that you think about this and build into, as this one would say, your calendar. We would ask that you make this a priority, a possibility, a probability and a promise to yourself. There is no need to make promise to SADO. The information that the four of you have can be very, very helpful to those who are wearing Earth suits. It is sad for us as what we think is information is being held back from those who would be so helped due to this group holding it hostage. We trust that you make the time. We hope you make the decision, the decision that was placed in your hands when you called to SADO. We wish to thank you for your commitment, your contributions to those in Earth suits. It will be a special way for you to support those who are grieving. It’s an important contribution for you to help those who feel separated from the One. The gift of giving to those who are less fortunate than you is important and very important for each of your Spirits. It is important for one of SADO to let you know that your spiritual growth has an opportunity through leaps and bounds by providing this information. You did not come together as an accident. You were called and you answered the call. We love you. We appreciate you. We provide for you. Please uphold your contract. 

Chris: SADO, may I ask a question? I was afraid I was interrupting. In regards to interfering with our connections, can you explain how it is, that I would think with all the positivity and the love that is happening because of the season of giving and Christmas, that we would be sending so much positive energy into our atmosphere that that would be helping. But is this planetary misalignment, is that so overpowering that that is interfering with our connections?

SADO: Our sister, Christine, have you not experienced the jaggedness of the messages that you are receiving from your Maxx?

Chris: I’m sorry SADO, I didn’t understand the words you said (I missed them as I was writing them). Did I not experience the words from Maxx?  

SADO: Do you not understand and acknowledge the energy from your Maxx being static, being staggered, being more jagged than they normally are?

Chris: Ok, I understand that. I do. 

SADO: You have quite a different ability than, as this one would say, the average bear. (hahaha) Those who are grieving have a more difficult time in connection generally. Don’t you agree with this statement?

Chris: Yes. I do.

SADO: When the planets of your Universe and your Solar System are not compatible with the straight lines of the conduit, it creates a difference, a more difficult time in having the energy and the information to come through in the way that is easiest to understand and comprehend. The planets are not misaligned. They are aligned in a different way than would be best for the information and the spiritual energy to be running smoothly. This happens about two or three times in the Earth’s calendar yearly. It is more drastic when the environment has been abused. Your wildfires are creating some of this fog-like energy blocks. It is not that the smoke is in the atmosphere, although that is true as well. It happens to be the destruction of the atmosphere, also that is true in that it puts the Earth’s atmosphere at an inconsistent direction and alignment, which creates the energy transfer to be more jagged. You have noticed this but have taken the information onto your own shoulders as has this one. 

We are giving you this information so that you understand what is actually happening. We wish, Sister Christine, for you to get this information out to those who read your newsletter. We wish them to understand this is not something they are doing wrong or incorrectly. You have noticed this, as have your partners. You did not understand why, and we bring you this information, as it is important to show and to guide those who are experiencing this issue without knowing why it may be happening. Your love and keeping time of year as you speak of provides that on surface of this planet. It does not affect us nor should it. We would like this love and giving to come to us at those times. We understand sadness. It creates blocks. That is not what we are giving you today. Ask your questions. They will be answered.

Edwina: I have a question SADO. Back to the AREI conference, could you give me help in dealing with the uncertainty and sadness of wondering, not knowing if there was deception involved in the presentation of the physical mediumship there? 

SADO: It is very difficult for us to speak ill about the experience that those wearing the Earth suits have found in working and wanting connection and in community with those of us not wearing Earth suit at this time. It is difficult to think that those who portray this kind of evidential experience need to do so at a very high cost to the belief structures of those who want and need and feel fortunate to be in connection with their loved ones in spirit. No one needs a facilitator to connect with their loved ones. That which you experienced was very sad to us. It is difficult for us to watch this happen and understand that the damage that is done to experiences of those who want to connect with their loved one in spirit is desecrated. It is not for you to know or to decide what needs to be done or how these people who portray these experiences will be handled by Spirit. It is for you to understand your heart to understand what you needed to learn from your experiences and for you to proceed in your guidance and your spiritual growth to make sense out of your communication, skills, learning and experiences with your babies. SADO: The connection is becoming “thready” at this point in time so if you have other questions you need to ask them soon.

Lyn: SADO when you said for us to recommit to and reprioritize our life and time after the new year would be the best timing, would the planets be in better alignment for us to refocus then?  

SADO: The date on the human calendar for the planets to go in the right direction will be January the 12^th. 

Lynn: Thank you. Is what’s happening what we call Mercury Retrograde? 

SADO: You don’t have words for this yet. 

Lynn: Is this something scientists haven’t detected yet?  

SADO: Scientists do not look into the connections and conduit with spirit.

Lynn: Ok, that’s true. So, this happens a couple times a year though and we probably feel it ourselves and sometimes we take it upon ourselves as our problem, is that what you are saying?
